We provide in-person mobile notary and document signing services. Service availability is based on location and schedule.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or email.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A travel or cancellation fee may apply if the notary has already departed for the location.

3. Fees & Payment

Prices are disclosed before service and may vary based on travel distance and document complexity.
Payment is due at the time of booking an appointment (cash, card, or other accepted methods).
Late fees may apply for missed appointments.

4. Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to execute the documents to use our notary services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Top Cat Mobile Notary is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
